Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we can accept returned products within 30 days of invoice date and we will provide a credit for the total cost less all postage costs Goods must be in the same condition that you were posted.
Faulty Products/Damaged Goods
We will accept products that were delivered faulty or damaged to you. Please send us an email with a photo of the faulty/damaged goods upon receipt and we will refund both postage and cost of the item upon return of the product. Please use below address for when returning all products with a copy of your invoice or order number:

We recommend, that you send all items back via registered post so you can track the item. Dr. Bob’s can not be held responsible for lost post that is not able to be tracked.
Cancelled Orders & Refunds
If you create an order by mistake or change your mind, please email us at enquiries@drbobs.com.au with your order number and name. We can only cancel if the order has not yet shipped.
